A key P&L role, our eCommerce Business Head should be a D2C digital industry professional with deep experience in driving user growth & engagement, marketing ROI improvement and data-driven media planning & strategy.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Setting goals and tracking against top metics on Gross Revenue, Marketing RoI, Customer Acquisition and Customer Repeats
- Driving all performance marketing and customer acquisition initiatives, in line with product, category and brand strategy
- Conceptualising and implementing our customer segmentation model, implementing CRM strategies to drive CLTV
- Building out our tech product across website and m-site, driving product roadmap & delivering this with our tech team
- Creating a data analytics engine, and leveraging insights across consumers, channels and products to drive metrics
- Generating brand awareness, growing top products and categories, building marketing and sales funnels- Growing our own E-Commerce and the marketplace businesses across Amazon, Flipkart and several other such marketplaces
