RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate corporate business orders
- Work with agencies who service corporate gifting orders
- Researching and identifying new sales opportunities for corporate gifting and corporate client pantry needs
- Ensure regular interval billing from accounts
- Follow-ups with prospective leads and ensuring repeat business
- Ensure that the required MIS / Reports are sent regularly
- Overlook business orders, co-ordination and dispatch of orders, invoicing, payment and ensuring post sales customer satisfaction
- Handling e-mail communications and B2B queries for new business development
- Maintaining accurate records, statistics and database of all account information
- Ensuring availability and visibility of products through various stores and platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Corporate Sales experience is MUST
- Experience in FMCG sales is an added advantage
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
- Analytical ability for cross checking competitor activities and promotions and come up with a strategy for the company and get that strategy implemented
