The Best Recipe for Eggless Tiramisu on the Internet
Tiramisu, the ultimate Italian coffee dessert that is a heavenly mix of coffee, cream, and everything in between.
With this recipe, you can prepare your own lady finger biscuits from scratch without the need to add any egg at all, it’s that simple! Try it and let us know how it turns out for you!
For the Tiramisu
1 Cup of Water
2 Tbsp. of Rage Coffee Powder in the flavor Original
10-12 Lady Finger Biscuits
1 Cup Mascarpone Cheese
2 Cups of Whipping Cream
½ Cups of Icing Sugar
Some Cocoa Powder (For Topping)
For the Lady Finger Biscuits
½ Cup butter
½ cup finely crushed sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ cup Milk
1 cup of White flour
¼ tsp baking powder
A piping bag (if available)
How to make the Lady Finger biscuits:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add ½ a cup of butter and ½ cup crushed sugar. Mix it well using a spatula.
Step 2: To this mixture, add 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence and ¼ cup milk and mix it well.
Step 3: Now add 1 cup of white flour along with ¼ tsp of baking powder and mix it well into a nice dough.
Step 4: Once the mixture has turned into a thick dough, take a piping bag with a round tip in the end and pour the dough in it. Doing so will help us in making the right sized biscuits that we need for the Tiramisu.
Step 5: On an oven tray, start lining the Lady finger biscuits using the dough and piping bag. Once you have lined the biscuits, sprinkle some icing sugar on top. Preheat your oven to 180 degree Celsius and place the biscuits for baking.
For the Tiramisu:
Step 1: Take 1 cup of Mascarpone cheese and pour it into a mixing bowl. Add ½ cup icing sugar to the mascarpone cheese and mix it thoroughly.
Step 2: Once it is done, add 1 cup of sweetened whipped cream to this mix.
Step 3: Mix one cup of warm water with 2 tablespoons of Rage Coffee powder in a Bowl. Dip the Lady Finger biscuits that you baked in this mixture one by one and place it in the Tiramisu Bowl, one by one.
Step 4: After layering the bottom of the bowl with lady finger biscuits, spread the mascarpone cheese and cream mix on the top.
Step 5: Repeat this layering twice or thrice and then top it off with extra cream.
Step 6: Sprinkle cocoa powder generously on the top.
