A quick Coffee Mousse recipe to make at home
Planning a date night at home and looking for a dessert to make? Coffee mousse is a perfect spoon dessert to enjoy anytime and anywhere. If your partner is a coffee lover, then this dessert can’t get any better than this. It looks like a difficult dessert to make but is actually easy-breezy.
Ingredients:
For the base:

½ cup biscuits

3-4 tbsp unsalted butter
For the mousse:

250 ml whipping cream

½ cup of water
-
50 gms chocolate, roughly chopped
-
3-4 tbsp of Rage Coffee’s instant coffee
-
½ cup of condensed milk

Finely chopped walnuts for garnish
Steps to make this delicious coffee mousse:
Step 1: In a bowl, take all your biscuits and crush them into small pieces. Add the melted butter into it. Mix it well and get the sandy texture.
Step 2: To make the coffee mousse, take a large bowl and whip the cream till stiff peaks come.
Step 3: Melt the chocolate with the double boiler method.
Step 4: Take boiling water, add 3-4 tbsp of Rage Coffee’s instant coffee. Mix well and let it cool.
